Thai Sweet & Spicy Broccoli

This dish is gorgeous green and firecracker spicy. It’s delicious served hot or cold. Enjoy it tossed into your salad bowl with crisp lettuce, cherry tomatoes and sweet red bell peppers.

1 tablespoon (15 mL) vegetable oil

4 cups (1 L)  broccoli florets

1/4 cup (50 mL)  water

2 tablespoons (30 mL) Thai Kitchen® Sweet Red Chili Sauce

1/2 teaspoon (1 mL) salt


HEAT oil in hot wok or large skillet on medium-high heat 1 minute. Add broccoli; stir fry until bright green. Add water; cover tightly. Reduce heat to medium; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add red chili sauce and salt; toss to coat well.

SERVE warm, at room temperature or refrigerate until ready to serve.
