2 shallots, sliced into very thin rings
1 red Thai chile pepper, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon (15 mL) Thai Kitchen® Premium Fish Sauce
1 tablespoon (15 mL) fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons (10 mL) sugar
MIX all ingredients in small bowl.
SERVE on the side with grilled meats or any savory Thai dish.
