3 tablespoons (45 mL) olive oil
2 tablespoons (30 mL) Thai Kitchen® Premium Fish Sauce
1 tablespoon (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon (5 mL) minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon (2 mL) ground black pepper
4 cups chopped (1 L)romaine lettuce
1/2 cup (125 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
MIX oil, fish sauce, lemon juice, garlic and pepper in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
PLACE lettuce and Parmesan cheese in salad bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat well.
