Ingredients:

4 potatoes

1 onion

2 carrots

3 celery stalks

2 cups (500 mL) vegetable broth

1 can (400 mL) Thai Kitchen® Premium Coconut Milk

1 cup (250 mL) Club House Imitation Bacon Bits

½ cup (125 mL) Club House Potato Starch

Directions:

Chop vegetables.

Place all ingredients in slow cooker and mix.

Set slow cooker to 6 hours on LOW.

Check and stir periodically.

Add additional bacon bits to taste.
