Peanut Satay Sauce adds a luxurious touch to a fast and easy meal.
2 tablespoons (30 mL) vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces (227 g) beef, thinly sliced
1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup (50 mL) drained canned sliced bamboo shoots, rinsed
1/4 cup (50 mL) Thai Kitchen® Peanut Satay Sauce
2 tablespoons (30 mL)Thai Kitchen® Premium Fish Sauce
HEAT oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir fry until golden brown. Add beef; stir fry 5 minutes or until no linger pink.
ADD zucchini, bell pepper, bamboo shoots, peanut satay sauce and fish sauce; stir fry 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
