Bangkok Shrimp Cocktail

Delicious, elegant and a snap to make.

1/2 cup (125 mL) Thai Kitchen®Sweet Red Chili Sauce

1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped fresh cilantro

3 tbsp (45 mL) fresh lime juice

1 lb (500 g) cooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined


All you do

  1. In small bowl, combine chili sauce, cilantro and lime juice until well blended.
  2. Serve shrimp with chili sauce mixture.


Nutrition per serving:  90 Cal, 0.5 g Total Fat ( 0.2 g saturated fat), 110 mg Cholesterol, 340 mg Sodium, 8 g Carbohydrate, 0 g Fibre, 12 g Protein.
