Coconut Milk Smoothie with Honey, Blueberry and Banana

This recipe makes a quick and refreshing breakfast or snack. The sweetness of fruit and honey combined with the creaminess of coconut milk and a touch of vanilla makes for the perfect combination.



  • Level of Difficulty:hard

Ingredients:

1 can (400 mL) Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk

2 cups (500 mL) frozen blueberries

1 cup (250 mL) diced frozen banana diced

3 tbsp (45 mL) Billy Bee Honey

1 cup (250 mL) each 2% milk and ice cubes

¼ tsp (1 mL) Club House Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Place all ingredients, in a large blender, cover and turn blender on at lowest setting for 5 seconds.

Proceed to liquefy setting and purée until smooth.

Serve immediately.
