Spicy Mango Pineapple Salsa

Mangoes and chili peppers make this sweet & spicy sauce add a fruity flavour to spring rolls & wraps.

Ingredients:

1 cup (250 mL) chopped pineapple

¼ cup (50 mL) chopped red bell pepper

2-3 tbsp (30-45 mL) Thai Kitchen Spicy Thai Mango Sauce

1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

    1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    2. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips or with grilled burgers, meats, chicken or seafood.
