Kristen Paskus Steak Thai Summer Salad

When we think of summer, we think of warm weather, sunshine and picnics. For a unique take on a classic, you will be the hit of the picnic with this Steak Thai Summer Salad!

  • Prep Time:30 minutes
  • Level of Difficulty:hard


2 lb (1 kg) steak

½ cup (125 mL) Thai Kitchen Premium Fish Sauce

1 tbsp (15 mL) Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste

Salad mix of kale, romaine lettuce, sprouts and cabbage 


Marinate steaks in fish sauce for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Cook in frying pan on medium-heat until steak is cooked thoroughly (internal temperature of 145°F/63°C).   

Place steaks in a roasting pan and coat with red curry paste. Bake for 3 minutes per side.

Slice steak. Add to salad mix. Top with fish sauce drippings from pan!
